What Delivery Methods Are Available?

We use cars, bikes, bicycles, and on-foot delivery if you are in a busy vicinity. Our delivery is normally from 1 - 2 hours except in cases where the orders need more tie to be prepared, as communicated in order.

Do You Deliver To Other Cities?

No we are a city and same day focused marketplace, we focus on local businesses. You can check with us if your city is available yet.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

From order and payment to delivery, we take 2 hours till delivery unless there is a time delay or a long queue at the given shop or restaurant, which will be communicated accordingly with you in real-time.

We accept any Ozow online payments.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes we are a marketplace and we only forward your payments to the seller only when the product is delivered, so there is no chance for fake sellers. We use a highly trusted platform ozow, which is highly recommended and safe.

How do I place an Order?

You log into Locus, choose or search for the store nearby you that you want to buy from, Then choose what you want to order and then pay. If the things you are looking for is not available, you can email us at hello@locus.co.za to give us your shopping list.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Every order placed is final and is acted upon immediately if you spot a mistake please quickly contact us on +27 81 521 3345 to change.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes due to our platform, we will need you to open an account with us so we can serve you better.

How Do I Track My Order?

We have real-time tracking on all the orders and our team will be in real-time contact with you as the order goes, then we send you the GPS link to check and be in the know where your driver exactly is.

How Can I Return a Product?

We do facilitate returns on a per case by case basis.
